Default First "cool" day of autumn (and drought broken)

Moulton Seas End (SE Lincs)

Yesterday was the first day of the autumn when the maxima failed to
reach 15c (14.3c). And at last, on day 31 the drought has been broken.
0.2mm since 0700 this morning. Has turned the dust nicely into
something very sticky, just short of mud!
