Default Upper air velocity?

Down here in Folkestone you can see NE to SW movement of high cirrus
(stretched out into "mares tails") and contrails as you watch! Not often you
can see movement from such high altitude stuff!

If you take parralax into account it must be blowing a hooley up there!
