Default Met Office predicting fog and min temp of 2c for Stoke-on-Trent

The Met Office are predicting a minimum temperature of 2c for Stoke-on-
Trent for Tuesday morning. They are also predicting fog.
This may happen if someone lives in the countryside a few miles
outside the city but I can't see it happening in the city itself.
I live in Meir Heath which is a few miles outside the city and my
lowest minimum so far is 4.8c. I think where I live the temperature
won't get much under 5c on Tuesday morning and I will be surprised if
there is any fog.
For where I live I can often add about 3 degrees to what the Met
Office predict.
It is now 8.35 pm and the temperature is only 9.1c, according to the
Met Office it is supposed to be 6c by 10 pm. I can't see that
happening.

Already down to 5.0c here in Weston Coyney at 20.00 GMT, so could well
be close to 2c by morning.

being 7.6c just before 10 pm. Now the temp is back to 7.6c and it
seems to be staying at 7.6c. The temp here is way off the 6c the Met
Office were predicting. At this rate the min temp for tomorrow will be
about 6c.Nicholas
