blizzards outside, LOL!

Is that another of your premature forecasts, Will? I pretty sure it is
wrong. The storms will be inside!

Cheers, Alastair.

You cynical sceptic you. It would be deliciously amusing though if your
forecast came off. GFS12Z a bit of a downer to the untrained eye what do
you think Will, still lots of potential?

Nothing different about that 12Z run Lawrence, still brings the high into
Britain next weekend and very cold air to east poised to extend westward.
Don't get hung up on flip-flop details at longer range it's the broad signal
that you should be looking for. Details can wait.

You are wise to keep harping on about the gfs flip-flop, because I for
one keep getting suckered with it. I'm still yet to be convinced about
the 'real' cold coming our way, but hoping :-)
