RMK: Moderate hoar frost. Hard surfaces icy. There was fog late
yesterday evening but not a hint of any this morning.

0900z S F1 0100 FZFG OBSC -02.2/-02.6 1035
RMK: Light S'ly air has brought freezing fog up from the Wye Valley
during the past half hour. The leading edge of the fog was very sharply
defined. Mod/hvy hoar frost. Hard surfaces very icy.
09-09z: Tx 6.9 (1240z) Tn -2.5 (0835z) Tg -5.5 RR nil
