Default [WR] Howhill - Snow

Lots of large (20mm) flakes. I'm sure it wasn't snowing when I got up
45 mins ago but we have about a cm now. 0730 Radar shows a red blob
just about to arrive.

A bit of sleet down here, but nothing like that! Looks like the cold
spell has arrived already in the upper dale!

Not much of a spell more a short interlude. It started warming up
before miday and was 5C and raining by midnight. Wind picked up just
before 2200. Still put down 16mm of precipitation though.
