I'm quite sure the photo out of the mail on line is a long exposure,
about 10 seconds or more. The other features in the photo are sharp or
quite sharp. Some people like conspiracy idiots don't realise that the
camera DOES lie !

The commentary in the Norwegian news report posted by Martin Brown earlier
on http://www.vg.no/nyheter/vaer/artikkel.php?artid=596359 indeed says
that the photo shown there was taken with a tripod and long exposure.
