Default Snow or maybe sleet Godalming surrey 1030 or so 15/12/09

Was standing outside chatting to a neighbour's visitor and she said
'That is snow isn't it'

A little bit of something cold and white. Cold to the cheek, white to
the eye. Neither really substantial enough for snow nor falling fast
enough for sleet. Very little - a few flakes, but there.

Also a report from the man who cuts my hair of snow at Haslemere this
morning.

I also thought I saw a few flakes of snow/sleet on my drive to work
just outside Frimley, Surrey.

No snow in the top right-hand corner of our blessed county. Just
a mainly sunny day, no wind to speak of. Max cloudiness 4 oktas as
some Sc slid southwards with its eastern boundary just about
overhead. Now very cold, below -4°C.
