Default Falling barometer (Southend)

After Will's mention of the low deepening and my temperature rising, now
1.0°C with a dewpoint of -1.0°C, my last post was a reading of 1005.5,
quarter of an hour ago, it is now 1005.2mb and falling fast.

You've lost the cold advection near the low centre and the sea is keeping
the air temp up. But it is the wet-bulb you need to worry about, i.e. if the
dewpoint goes up. Once it starts precipitating heavily your temperature
should fall down to 0C. Lighter precip, may start as rain though.

This low is developing rapidly, of course once it gets to our west the
wind will turn to the NE / E or SE and drag in colder air, so we could
still be in for a blizzard in the early hours. I wonder how this will
affect the weekend patterns?

Not too much I hope, I want my 4 inches on Saturday evening!
Mind you a bit of powder snow tomorrow would go down well too.
