Default Not much snow, but...

A beautiful red sunset, with the red afterglow persisting now some 40
minutes after sunset.
If only the northwest European winter had more of this, rather than
the usual damp dreary rubbish, I'd settle for no snow....

Thats interesting Nick, as I went up on Pewley down, Guildford for the
sunset, and didnt see much red at all!

Sun was definitely redder down here just before sunset (3.45 - 4pm)
but the best view was at about 4.40 when the SW sky went *really* red.
