Default 80s snow

Sorry for the subject field but tonight's event reminded me of the
snow that we used to get in the early 80s. As a lad I can remember
several times going out in the street in East London in the early
evening to play after "warm front snow events". I can still clearly
recall being puzzled why everything was wet and the temperature going
up despite it having got dark.
I was even more puzzled and disappointed when I used to wake up the
morning after such events having seen most of the snow had thawed...

Are you sure you're not mistaking weather for bedwetting?

Good job I've got a sense of humour. That's rather good.
