Default Cold?

People keep saying it's cold. Thursday and Friday had a deep cold feel
to them. It felt like every bone, muscle and sinew in my body freezing.
At night-time, I even wore a thin jumper in bed.

Since Saturday, I've been able to walk outside during the daytime with
no need for gloves or my woolly hat.
