.... whilst the 'London' zone has held all the headlines for snow

Perfect for snowballs and snowman and sledg'ng too, and the way it's clinging to the local fauna, brick work, and also lamp post work is extremely pleasing to the eye. So far, quite resisistant to slushing, except perhaps in Union Street. The next blast may well have just arrived. 0C and light snow atm. -- Alan LeHun |

I came up the A90 through Aberdeen and on up the A96 today, leaving at 9.00 and reaching home at 11.30. All roads were clear of snow, andf it took me only 8 minutes to get right through Aberdeen - a record - because there was so little traffic. Snowing off and on again in Moray now; I'm glad to be home with the car tucked up in the garage. Anne |
