Lightning observered from Sindlesham
Two flashes of lightning observed to S/SW of Sindlesham at 1725hr.
Distant rumbles of T heard. Temp +0.8c Block paving in garden where snow was cleared like an 'ice rink' from earlier freezing rain. |

Lightning observered from Sindlesham

Very bright flash of lightning and near-simultanous loud clap of thunder here at 1706z, followed by a heavy burst of rain; then very heavy ice pellets and small hail 1718-20.
