It's OK wishing for cold on the models, but the human cost of cold
weather is pretty awful; especially on the old. This freezing rain has
been particularly bad down here and will have severely spoiled some
Christmases! I have every sympathy.

Don't worry Paul when the Copenhagen aggreement turns down the planets
thermostat (I hope the IPCC are Gorgi regeistered opps no that.GSR now isn't
it) our winters will generally be colder thus making the misery far worse.
