20Z: ENE07KT DZ 8ST 04/04 Q0991=
RMK: Temp been at 4c for hours. Small dip at 15z to 3.5c I didn't notice see any 'windscreen sleet' on the way home, but I see there is one report for Heathrow: EGLL 291850Z 06009KT 3000 -RASN BKN004 04/03 Q0991 BECMG 5000 RA Very Mild over N France (11c) but not yet reached the SE Coast.
