Default Shock: Joe *******i Still Going For Cold

Well Joe B still going for a cold winter for Europe. Eastern North America
and the far east. He also points out that the total glpbal sea ice is in
good health and should increase overall with NAO and PDO going soon in to a
long negative spell

Cue the anti-Joe posts. Especially because we can make jokes about
his name. Can't possibly take him seriously if he's got a funny name.
