2009 – Romansleigh, South Molton district of North Devon
Despite annual rainfall being just above average, there were only 3 months, May, July and November which were wetter than normal. July and November combined accounted for 38 percent of the total annual rainfall. Only 4 months with below average temperatures, but included all 3 winter months. Most of the contribution to the overall above average annual temperature was the average minimum being 0.6 C above average. Mean max: 13.1 C (+0.1 ELTA) Mean min: 6.8 C (+0.6 ELTA) Mean 30 cm earth temperatu 11.5 C (+0.7 ELTA) Total rainfall: 1146.9 mm (104 % ELTA) Andy (near Romansleigh, 200 metres AMSL) |
