Default [WR] Bewdley - coldest night of the winter so far at-7.2°C

A minimum in the early hours of -7.2°C, beating by one degree the
previous mark from 22 Dec, though two tenths short of last winter's
lowest (6 Jan). Currently -2.1°C and rising smoothly, with bright
sunshine and almost no wind. Really rather pleasant.

Now still blue skies and up to +0.3°C, so still no ice days this winter.
Actually I almost hope we don't get one, since in the current setup the
most likely cause would be freezing fog that lingers all day!

Topped out at 1.4°C; now almost down to freezing again (0.1°C). Tomorrow
looks quite interesting: we may even get the odd flake down this way,
though I'm not holding my breath!

Now -2.7°C and falling gently under skies which are not quite as clear as
they were 24 hours ago. You can see the stars, but they're not as bright
as last night. Noticeably more ice underfoot, too, despite an entirely
dry and sunny day today.

Back up to -2.2°C, and has been bobbing around that for several hours
now. Thin cloud here and there, enough to make the Moon hazy but not
enough to obscure most stars. A light but quite bitter SW(!) wind making
it feel colder than it actually is.
