Brussels on Monday 4th January 2010

Sky quite clear early on with a hard frost. Sc moved in during the first
part of the morning and the rest of the day was largely cloudy.
Temporarily brighter with breaks in the cloud just after midday and at the
end of the afternoon. Snow cover of 2 cm or so remains intact. Light S
to SW wind.

Slight rise in temperature this evening as the wind picks up from the SW.
Very light snow now falling as I write this.
