Default Rain in Wembury

Started off as sleet shower at 0850Z, but with the temperature now 1C

I don't think I could get used to your world Len! If it won't snow for you
in this situation I really don't know how it ever can do. I presume your
wind is coming off the sea?
-0.8C and steady up here at Haytor with a light dusting. Getting shelter
from the mass of Dartmoor ATM and light snow has stopped at 1000.

Interesting wind conditions. Calm at the surface but shower clouds are
moving in a westerly.
So yes, the air is subjected to some maritime influence.
