Not a flake outside which in a sense is a major disappointment but
watching the arc to my north with a little interest..... Like Martin I have been hovering just above or a tad below 0c. The view behind the house is just all green. Whilst this event is not over, and winter is continuing, I am just wondering whether it is possible that Dorset will escape with very little snow, come spring. The depths of snow not that far north and east reflect the revolving arc. I suspect that as the low drifts slowly south, its energy will greatly reduce but the radar does not give too many clues to my eyes at the moment It seems a large number of people have been caught by this in their cars despite the warnings R |
