Default Snowing in Chelmsford (08:25)

Very icy drive in this morning, nearly lost it on one of the minor
roads. -5°C on car thermometer and snowy steadily now here in
Chelmsford.

There's an interesting low swirl down off the North Sea - I wonder if
it is going to amount to much. It's like its 1987 all over again - no
one knows exactly how much snow will fall overall...

Incredible to see it snowing hard here at 9.00am with a temperature
of -4.8C. Now that is like the eighties events.
