Default [WR] Bewdley - cold, but not *that* cold

Min last night -6.9°C, so the 22 Dec mark of -7.2°C (recorded without
snowcover) remains. Currently -3.8°C and rising steadily. and the sun is
out. Ice day today? I don't know, but I don't think it's a certainty
despite the "max -1°C" on this region's Met Office forecast.

Now -2.3°C and rising strongly. If I had to bet on it (which I'm glad I
don't!) I'd suggest a max of around +1°C this afternoon. It's just so
rare to get the freeze persisting all day here.

But it did - max -0.4°C! Rather naughty of me to start a new thread
elsewhere just to mention it, but ice days are a real achievement here.
