Default Light snow & temp drop

Intermittent light snow at the moment in a light NE wind. At least
(!) the temperature has fallen back from this morning. Max of 1.4C at
11.00 hrs, now 0.5C (since 16.50) and steady.

DP: 0.1C. Pressu 1017.4 mb, steady.
