RMK:Weather 13th: Cloudy and cold all day. Outbreaks of snow and snow grains, dying out for a short time around 1230. Continuous snow 1425 to 1630 with poor visibility(large flakes). Snow grains or drizzle early evening-misty. Outbreaks of rain this morning-not icy on pavements. Max 09-21 =+0.(C Min 21-09 = XXXX Rain 09-09=2.8 mm Snow depth 10 cm. Complete cover of even snow.
