Aren't they the last of last year? *B-)

Donno the state of our daffs, the ground where they are is still
under 6" of snow. The snow drops where poking up in early December
but then stopped when it got cold in the middle of the month.

It's good to hear reports from the frozen north, from yourself,
Norman, Ken etc.

It's a shame there are so few reports from Scotland these days.

The daffs and snowdrops just have their noses above ground level here. They
haven't moved since mid-December but they've been under deep snow since then
till a day or two ago.

My daffs and snowdrops are just starting to poke through the soil too. Daffs
normally flower early to mid-March
up here which is right at the start of Spring and is really nice as it is
then light enough to enjoy them properly.

I like to hear yours of the daffs being over and ours yet to start...
Or the silly summer temperatures in the middle of winter. We drop
below 10C daytime max somewhere late October not to reach double
(positive!) figures until late March.

They are still here, Wishaw, SE of Glasgow, two up in the Highlands
that half spring to mind. Sorry chaps (and chappess) I'm hopeless
with names, wave yer flags!
