The UKMO fax chart for 6am Tuesday shows a High centre of 1044mbs over
Denmark but by Thursday 1200z i.e 52 hours later ,a low centre of 976mbs in the same place ...! Is that rather unusual ? Oh yes, you cold weather fans might find the immediate future rather frustrating with the absence of any Highs over both Greenland and Scandinavia ....... RonB |

RonB It seems strange how the high pressure can collapse so quickly... must be big changes afoot in the stratosphere...Anyone care to comment on why? |
