Started about 3-4 minutes ago, and continuing. Light, but the wind is
blowing the snow around quite impressively. Medium-sized flakes. Temp has fallen rapidly from 3.8°C to 2.2°C since it started. Not settling anywhere. A real surprise to see this in my location today! -- Bewdley, Worcs. ~90m asl. |

A real surprise because Bewdley rarely does well out of these showers, whereas parts of the W Mids a bit further N/NE (and especially with a little more altitude) usually catch quite a few. Anyway, it's stopped now and the sky is brighter. -- Bewdley, Worcs. ~90m asl. |

We've just had the heaviest shower of the day: a 10-minute flurry with large flakes that has left a dusting on grass, car roofs and exposed pavements. Not really melting either; temp down to 0.8°C. -- Bewdley, Worcs. ~90m asl. |
