Default Decadal mean sea-level pressure field for January

I did this once before, after I'd completed the 1991-2000
analyses, but we now have a new decade. These are the
results for January:

1961-70
Icelandic low 1001 mbar at 58N 39W
Barents Sea low 1007 mbar
Mediterranean low 1015 mbar
Azores high 1021 mbar over Morocco
UK flow direction 210°
50N00 - 60N10W 8.7mbar

1971-80
Icelandic low 996 mbar at 61N 31W
Barents Sea low absent
Mediterranean low 1016 mbar
Azores high 1022 mbar south of the Azores
UK flow direction 230°
50N00 - 60N10W 11.9mbar

1981-90
Icelandic low 995 mbar at 61N 37W
Barents Sea low absent
Mediterranean low 1018 mbar
Azores high 1026 mbar between the Azores and Madeira
UK flow direction 250°
50N00 - 60N10W 15.4mbar

1991-2000
Icelandic low 995 mbar at 61N 34W
Barents Sea low 996mbar
Mediterranean low 1019 mbar
Azores high 1023 mbar SSW of the Azores
UK flow direction 230°
