Brussels on Tuesday 9th February 2010

Mostly overcast and very hazy again. Light snow grains in the first half
of the morning. Small and temporary breaks in the stratus cover in the
early afternoon. Resolutely cold - temperature at both Uccle and the
Airport fell to -4.3°C during the morning before rising again slightly
later. Icy N to NE breeze.

Poor air quality and smog alert again but not as bad as yesterday.
