0850z NE F4 18km 3Cu008 -00.4/-02.3 1016.3
RMK: Most of Mon's snow melted yesterday, but
a fresh dusting from a shwr at 1900-1930. Can't
legitimately call it more than 50% though.

09-09 Obsy: Tx 3.4 Tn -1.2 Tg -3.1 RR 0.4
09-09 Lodge: Tx 3.2 Tn -0.6 Tg -2.2 RR 0.3 sss 2.9
