.. . a distinctly cold wind.
Long sunny periods, but if you got in the wind it felt colder than the 5C or so that it actually was (Max 5.8C) Last nights minimum being -1.9 under mainly clear skies. 1st air frost since 1st Feb, and lowest temperature since 9th January. Swell's a good deal smaller now, but still a very nice clean bodyboarding wave on the reef at the end of Porthleven pier. http://www.turnstone-cottage.co.uk/recent.html . (Proper surfers out on the main reef). It felt pretty cold taking the pics in the wind at the end of the pier, so I hope the surfers had some blue tac in the ears. Graham Penzance |
