Default Is it safe for the daffs to come out now?

A few inches above ground now - but in the snow yesterday they looked a
bit forlorn - although the lawn is actually OK. I'm wondering if this
was how the Winter ended - not with a bang but with a whimper?

The roses also asked if all the suckers had been removed now ;-))

Cheers from a sunny S Wales

eh? Daffs? Ours are no where to be seen. The snow drops are green
shoots just poking through this mornings fresh inch of snow but I
don't think they have actually grown at all since the middle of
December.
