That looks like an angry bunch of rain coming up from the southwest, perhaps
it's the great blizzard od February 20th that changed it's mind....

Yes, Ron. The wind's picking up here and it's got an unsettled look to
the south but, with a temperature of 9.8C, no doubt we're safe from
the white stuff.

I quite like to see some snow each year, but before or (preferably)
over Xmas. After that, I'm looking forward to spring so I'm pleased
that the Great Blizzard of the 20th February didn't come to pass,
although we're not quite out of the woods yet. In decades past, some
of the heaviest snow was in March.

Heh! Not the great blizzard of the 20th, but the annoying mistly rain
of the 25th! It's wet, but hardly unspeakably so (i.e. 2mm in an hour)
and nothing, so far, that should even vaguely warrant a weather
warning, but again, we've got one anyway; just in case. *))

Just 5mm so far at Haytor which is just "drizzle" of course for these parts
:-)

The boy who delivers my free weekly local newspaper has recently pushed
a soggy mess into my letterbox. No great loss, as it rarely has anything
worth reading in it.
