Default Coldest winter in Brussels since 1995-1996

Winter 2009-2010 has been the coldest in Brussels since 1995-1996. Average
temperature was 1.8°C compred to the long-term mean of 3.3°C.

Snow fell on 31 days - average number of snow days is 14.

February 2010 has been the dullest February at Uccle since sunshine records
began in 1887 - this February saw only 29 hours sunshine. Previous
lowest February sunshine was 31 hours in 2006.
