Default David Bellamy Changes his mind

Apparently David Bellamy has gone over to the dark side -if earth day was a
taste of things to come. Bellamy now accepts the science was right all
along. No doubt he'll soon be back on the BBC then.

Never mind

Tell you what Will you've got me worried over the weather tax, the
thing that perplexes me is wether the Inland Revenue will deal with
coastal regions.

Not sure why Bellamy's view should carry any more weight than anyone
else's. Yes, he's a scientist, but a biologist not a climatologist.

Is it a coincidence that you posted this on April Fool's Day?

I think that makes him overqualified. It's certainly a damn sight more
than the vast majority of contributors to the debate.

Well if that was a joke, I didn't spot it.
High profile people *do* change their minds on important topics,
like that Green Peace guy a few years back who started supporting
nuclear power., at least he had the dignity to resign, realising his
position was utterly untenable.

Indeed. In any case, whether or not he has changed his mind, and whether
he is now pro or anti AGW, doesn't affect the point I was making.
