Default Rain before 7, fine before 11

..... on the GMT-1 timezone that is.

A rare thing to get a front which follows this saying, but that's what
this morning's has done, it was dry until about 9 and now the sky is
clearing in the west. (Southampton)

Awful here first thing, strong winds cool and heavy rain, then some
warm sunshine (out of the wind) towards midday and now showers. Very
typical early April weather, I suppose.
