April 2010 in Lundie, Angus, in the Sidlaws, 10 miles NW of Dundee, elev. 185m.
April 2010 was a fairly average month. Temperatures just a little below average, with some warm days offset by cool nights. It was quite dry and sunny. Average maxima = 12.4 (+0.4) Average minima = 3.0 (-1.0) Mean = 7.7 (-0.3) Highest maximum = 18.1 (10th) Lowest maximum = 6.6 (18th) Lowest minimum = -3.0 (2nd) Total precipitation = 44.0 mm (96%, with 10.8 mm on the 23rd). Summary: I've forgotten it already. Most readings from a slightly less new shiny Davis Vantage Pro 2 (but the little plastic grid that covers the rain gauge disappeared within a fortnight, probably taken by a robin), and rain checked with two manual gauges (and which agree with each perfectly but not so much the Davis).
