Images from the overnight passes of noaa19 show the
main volcanic ash patch that was over the southern North Sea yesterday evening is at 0232z over the Benelux region, with tendrils of ash extending northwards from there. The plume of ash over Iceland extends eastwards from the volcano and is being entrained in a vortex over the Norwegian Sea.
