20.9 deg Cmax here in Fareham so quite a good correlation, given the
small/wooden/stevenson screen they have in a SW facing essentially
domestic garden and lightish NE wind, and my screen totally sheltered
by a North facing wall.

Interestingly, they seem to have peaked somewhere near 6pm BST (20.9
shown in the hourlies) and it was still 20.4 there at 1900 BST.
Perhaps there is some solar radiation leaking into their screen, my
peak in Fareham occurred at 16:22 BST.
