Hi, All,

Met O 253m
Max 19.7C min 7.1C grass 2.1C rain nil mm sun 25th 1.0hr

As suggested earlier, TS Copley 1730Z. Just one flash and one bang so
far and 0.4mm. They all count though and make up for the recent boring
(imho) endless sunshine!

There's a thunderstorm that's just gone off at 1930z to the south west
of Wallsend that's throwing out occasional lightning are you in the
firing line of this one, Ken?

Hi, Les,

TS here 1730 - 1830, quite an active storm eventually. More tomorrow?
Rain was torrential as I drove east towards Bishop Auckland, heavier
than it had been here.
Just 5.6mm here with max 10min rate of 1.8mm. Month total now 66.4mm
(98%)
Good to hear from you and good to have some interesting weather to
report.
