Default Norfolk and Suffolk data sparse

Whilst there are many reports from SW England and around Bracknell it is
difficult to get information for mid and coastal East Anglia.

I have found these two webcam links which were quite interesting during the
winter snowfalls but now also for seastate and a to a degree the real
weather.

There are others though the BBC webcams at Happisburg, Norwich and some
others all are locked on to 7 Dec 2009.

The only airfield observations are Norwich EHSH, and Wattisham EGUW and
irregularly from Great Yarmouth North Denes EGSD.

There seems to be a recent frequent apperance of Santon Downham (well known
frost hollow) in the Met Office East of England lowest/highest daily
temperatures and also wettest place on a few occasions. Other daily
sumaries ignore its existence. On Saturday I was in Thetford (Norfolk) at
1500 local when there was an hour long deluge (None in my garden 20 Mi to
South) Subsequently nearby Santon Downham, just W of Thetford was shown by
the Met Office to be the wettest place with 16mm. It was easy to check also
that Lakenheath (EGULMetars) which include rainfall groups, less than 10 Mi
to W of Thetford who also reported 16mm. Neither of these were reported
elsewhere.
The night mins at Santon Downham recently of down to 5C have been mentioned
on the local BBC forecast as well as featuring in the East of Englands daily
report of lowest Min for East of England, but seemingly ignored in other
summaries.
