Gradually cloudy from the south in the early evening. Thunder
rumbling in the distance quite frequently from about 19.25 to 20.00
local time but no lightning. Moderate shower from 20.00 to 20.30
with a bright primary rainbow and a faint secondary rainbow visible
for most of the time - no further thunder once the rain had started.

Light wind from between south and west until early afternoon, then
between west and north, and southerly during and after the rain.
