Sunny but cold start. Some medium-level cloud from late morning onwards
but still quite sunny until mid-afternoon. Overall veil of As obscured the
sun at the end of the afternoon. Not as cold as yesterday. Light SSW
wind veered SW in the afternoon but backed SSW again and freshened to
moderate later.
