Default Penzance - 2 opposing Oct Records broken

Exceptionally early ground frost for Penzance.

But more interestringly, this October has seen both the 2 warmest
October nights on record:-
16.5 - 9/10/10
15.2 - 10/10/10
(previous warmest night 15.1 on 14/10/98)

and now the coldest October night on record, just 1.1C Previous
record 1.2C on 24/10/03

Records start 1991.
