Bergen and Stavanger at minus 8! - isn't that the magic figure to
guarantee snow with a north-easterly fetch off the North Sea? - same
as January 1987?

Bergen -9°C now, although Stavanger up to -7°C

Finland is the cold spot.
Interesting to see that Turku, further west and coastal archipelago,
is colder than Helsinki.
No ice yet?
Ice situation shown here, although a few days old now.
