Rapid changes over last hour or so - At last real snow!
At 1000Z calm with freezing fog (Since dawn - not forecast last evening?)
1020 Wind NE'ly 10kts or so, Large flakes of snow, soon moderate snow - very
large flakes.
1100 Snow ceasing, 2 cm lying on most surfaces. Wind very light again. Large
area of clear sky approaching from N with distant CB tops NE and E.
1130 Sun shining, patchy stratus,Temp Ps01 snow rapidly melting on all
untreated estate roads, roofs and trees.

Was watching that closely on the radar. Looks like it will make N.Essex
bit fizzle out before it reaches me and Keith. I expect it looks very
nice though. :-)
