Default Bracknell snow starting to settle again.

This morning at 0600, roofs, lawns and pavements were white but it was
already thawing and coverage soon became very patchy. This afternoon, I
noticed flakes looked drier, floating around more. Now the slight snow is
settling on grass and roofs although pavements still look mostly wet. I see
dew-points have dropped as I surmised. Looking at upstream temps and dew-
points, it could get a bit parky tomorrow.
