Well it's a bit more than a dusting, there are areas that are solid
white.

I guess it's down to recent twenty something mejia graduates, they
are too young to have ever seen a decent snow fall before. Indeed
anyone much younger that 35 is too young to have seen and remember
decent snow fall.
